Verify an AlumPass

Enter the pass reference provided by the cardholder, select your business, and enter your merchant PIN to confirm identity and record the transaction.

How it works

Three steps to verify a pass holder online.

When a customer quotes their AlumPass reference to claim their benefit, use this page to confirm their pass is valid, see their cardholder photo, and record the transaction. The whole process takes under a minute.

Ask the customer for their AlumPass reference

The reference is printed on their PDF pass and shown on their Google or Apple Wallet card. It starts with ALP- followed by a date and short code — for example, ALP-240815-XYZABC.

Select your business and enter your PIN

Choose your business from the dropdown, then enter your unique merchant PIN. This is the same PIN used for in-person QR verification. Keep it secure and do not share it.

Enter the transaction amount and confirm

Enter the full transaction value before any discount is applied. The system records the transaction and calculates the discount automatically. Apply the agreed benefit to the customer's order.

Never accept a screenshot or image of a pass as proof. Always use this page or the QR scan to verify. Only a live verification confirms the pass is currently active and has not expired or been suspended.

The reference starts with ALP- and is printed on the customer's pass card or wallet.
